ALL HORSES GO TO HEAVEN

This is one of those books that defies description. It is a collection of stories, musings, humor, opinions on a variety of topics and just plain interesting stuff to read. It will make you laugh, wonder, and maybe shed a tear or two. And we're pretty sure it will also make you stop and think about things and perhaps look at them differently than you did before you picked up this book.

"I guarantee this book will make you laugh! Ed's imagination comes up with some of the most comic images I've ever had the opportunity to enjoy! My son and I were practically rolling on the floor laughing while reading portions aloud"

Kas Winters

About the Author

Ed Carlson

Ed Carlson's fascination with western lore began over seventy years ago when he was in the fourth grade in northeastern South Dakota and began reading the novels of Zane Grey. Born and raised on a farm near Columbia, South Dakota, he gained some experience with horses, cattle, and all the work associated with that world. After three years in the U.S. Navy during World War II, he moved to Utah and graduated from Utah State University in Logan. Throughout his lifetime as a metalurgical engineer, he took every opportunity to roam the west, fishing in Utah, hunting antelope in Wyoming, and prowling the remote ghost towns of Arizona. Besides studying the history of the west, he assembled one of the few complete collections of Zane Grey novels, and he owned the old Kohler power plant that Grey used to electrify his cabin ins Payson, Arizona. Ed Carlson lived in Phoenix where he did laser torch sculpture, wrote and restored vintage cars until he passed away several years ago.
