A Story of

Two Bears

Never underestimate the power of a spontaneous gift! On two occasions we sent teddy bears with balloons to two grandmothers. One was having a rough day and Pandora, the bear on the left, arrived with her cheerful balloon greeting. As it turned out, Betty, who was in her 70's at the time,  had never had a teddy bear in her entire life. Pandora was a hit and had a permanent place on Nana's pillow for the rest of her life. The second bear arrived at Grandma Ramona's when her health had taken a turn for the worse. Not only did Stanislaus, (the bear on the right) have a place on her bed, but I think he got held and hugged every night as Grandma slept. Two little bears made a big difference. Who do you know who needs a bear?
